Treasure Cay Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000.00-1200.00 weekly rate, minimum 3 night stay, VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER ACCEPTED
- (3 night minimum)
50% Deposit required at booking; Balance due 30 days before arrival.
$200.00 Refundable Security Deposit
One time fee for housekeeper, which is left in condo when departing, $90.00 cash.
Cancellation and Refunds;
100% Refund for thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival.
50% Refund for fifteen (15) through twenty-nine(29)days prior to arrival.
Full Refund, less 10% handling fee, if week can be re-rented.
Rentals up to two weeks prior to arrival require full payment and will require expedited mailing or paypay,
