Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $4000-4500/Week
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and are not considered final until the deposit has been received. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival with a $300 security deposit which will be returned within 30 days after departure.

The first floor Master Suite has a private full bath with separate walk-in shower, Kohler 'Tea For Two' soaking tub and a double vanity with solid surface vanity top. The second full bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor directly off the kitchen/dining area which is also close to the back deck. The third and fourth full bathrooms are both located on the second floor and accessed from the main hallway. The third full bath offers a separate walk-in shower, Kohler Memoirs cast iron bathtub, toilet and double vanity with solid surface vanity top. The fourth bath also has a walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity with solid surface vanity top. All bath linens are included. How do people rent houses for twelve guests with only one or two full baths. Don't spend your summer vacation waiting in line to use the bathroom!

This home has six (6) spacious bedrooms with four (4) full bathrooms and sleeps twelve comfortably in beds in bedrooms. The first floor Master Suite has a king size bed with 'In-Suite' private bath. Five upstairs bedrooms include one king bed, two queen beds, one full bed and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Other amenities include a huge entertaining kitchen with solid cherry cabinets, granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances and every imaginable cooking utensil. This home boasts a historic beach house interior design as well with custom woodwork, hardwood floors, retro light fixtures, door hardware and numerous details throughout! Central air conditioning, free on site full size washer and dryer, color tv, cable, dvd, vcr, security system, audio system, off-street parking for four cars, spacious side and rear yard.
Relax and do nothing, go for long walks, hang out on the beach, sun bathe, swim in the lake, jump the waves, watch the sunset, roast marshmallows, play backgammon, eat real ice cream, have a meaningful conversation with your spouse, spend time with your children, spend time with your parents, spend some time alone. The Avery Beach House is located in South Haven's Historic Monroe Park subdivision just steps away from the beautiful North Beach. Southwestern Michigan has often been referred to as the Hamptons of the Midwest and the beautiful North Beach is the jewel in the center of this region.
Within walking distance are the marina, Stanley Johnson Park and a wide variety of retail shops and restaurants in the downtown area.
