Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $900 - $1450
- We require a $200 security deposit at the time of booking. This is refunded within a week of departure providing there are no damages. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit cannot be refunded. The full amount of the rental is due 30 days prior arrival. If cancellation occurs after that date, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged unless the property can be re-rented. There is no refund if cancelled 3 days or less prior arrival date. We provide all linens, paper products and shampoos. THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE.
All occupants must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by their parent or gaurdian.
The normal check in is 3 PM Saturday, check out is 10 AM the following Saturday. However, that can be negotiated.
Rentals per week are: fishing boat - $275 (gas included); per bike - $15; canoe or rowboat - $75; per kayak - $50
**WE OFFER A 5 HOUR BOAT CRUISE THROUGH THE CANAL SYSTEM WITH A PICNIC LUNCH FOR $275 (UP TO 10 PEOPLE).**
Dogs: $100 week Cats: $60 - Weekly rates are $1000 to $1475. Daily rates are $200 to $275.

- One bathroom is down stairs(easily accessible for the elderly) and offers a tub, sink and toilet. The second bathroom is on the second floor and has a shower, sink, and toilet. There is a powder room located in the master bedroom suite.

- There's a king sized bed, double bed, queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 twins, and a pull out sofa that has a queen size mattress. All the linens are provided. The two upstairs bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the river. There is a large porch on the first floor, also overlooking the river, with plenty of room for seating and eating.
