- One of the properties is a 3 bedroom + den (Box Elder - 2 king beds with 2 attached master bathrooms, 1 Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a den with 2 twin beds and a third shared bathroom) and is slightly more per night than the 3 bedrooms. Two of the other 3 bedrooms (Ponderosa & Aspen) have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The Aspen also has a queen sleeper sofa in the master bedroom. There is room for a twin Aero bed in each of these properties. The fourth 3 bedroom (Blue Spruce) is set up for couples with a king bed in the master suite, and a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. There is room for a twin Aero bed in the loft. The 2 bedroom with loft has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the loft. This complex has four 3 bedroom properties (one property is a 3 bedroom + den - all 1,800 sq ft each) as well as a 2 bedroom with loft home and a studio are nestled in the heart of Park City with a CENTRAL location (no need to rent cars). Each property sleeps 6-8 guests and there is a courtyard area with a shared outdoor hot tub for guests. Rent one, two or three properties depending on your groups size.
