- We rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions. The condominium complex requires a 7-night minimum stay. There is a $20.00 Registration Fee per unit per rental (for parking), a $250 refundable deposit and 10% Florida tax. We require 25% of the total rental fee, plus the refundable deposit to hold the dates you desire. One month before your arrival date the balance is due.
Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel and the property is not re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all money will be returned within thirty (30) days of the new booking date.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, private bathroom, cable TV, and private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, cable TV, and also features sunrise views. All linens, pillows, blankets, towels and beach chairs are provided - as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is located at the North end of Marco Island and only steps away from Tiger Tail beach. You are in close proximity for all that the island has to offer. The Marco/Naples area offers everything from picturesque and challenging golf courses, both backwater and Gulf fishing, para-sailing, everglade escapes, snorkeling and dining experiences to match all tastes. A year-round vacation destination! This 55 acre gated community South Seas Condominium Complex offers beautiful, lush tropical landscaping. Walking paths wind there way throughout. Beautiful sunrise & sunsets! Located at the quiet end of Marco Island's 4-mile sand beach.
Heated pool, 10 tennis courts(extra charge), fitness room. Boat slips on the bay available for rent. Walk North and experience the quiet solitude of the beach and its natural areas. Walk further North to Tiger Tail Beach, snack bar, playground, kayak, concession stand and paddle-boat rentals. Walk South for para-sailing, jet skiing, movie theaters, shop, restaurants, etc. Condos sleep 4-6. Fully equipped kitchens. Linens and bath towels provided. Laundry room on each floor. There is a $20.00 Registration Fee per unit per rental for parking.
