Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

50% down payment due upon reservation. Balance due one week prior to arrival. Full refund of down payment if given 30 day notice. 50% refund if less time. $200 security deposit check required for first time renters with return to you after assessment that no extra cleaning was needed or damage was done to cottage during your stay. Security check will be returned within one week of assessment.
June, July, August $2200 per week, minimum one week stay
April-May
September-November $225 a night, two night stay minimum
