This spacious 2000 square foot, two story, four bedroom, two bath home is located near Boyne City on beautiful Lake Charlevoix with Sandy Beach. You will be close to golf, skiing and the mid-wests Largest Indoor Waterpark. The living area has plenty of room to relax with cable TV, stereo, DVD player and plenty of board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher. The wrap around deck has a gas grill, chairs and umbrella table. The first bedroom has a full and twin, the second a full bed, the third has a full bed and the fourth also has two twins. A queen sleeper sofa is in the family room. Included are picnic table, fire pit for evening smores, deck, gas grill, great sand beach and a long dock to tie your boat. A mooring buoy is also available for your use. Just minutes from Boyne Mountain this is a great winter getaway for skiing and playing at the Indoor Water Park.

Great restaurants like Red Mesa Grill, Boyne River Brewing, Garrett's, and Water Street Café as well as several Parks and play area's for the kids.

Mackinaw City (and the ferries to Mackinac Island) an hour away. Great golf all around for pros or duffers.
