Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Payment in full 2 weeks prior to arrival date. There is a $400 reservation/security deposit upon reservation. The reservation/security deposit will be returned within 20 days of departure if all is in good shape and no extra cleaning is needed. Reservation/Security deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled.

House Description: This house has central Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans in all living areas and bedrooms, multiple TVs with Satellite, Stereo with CD Player, fully equipped Kitchen, Half-Kitchen, 2 Refrigerators with Ice-Makers, Cooking & Eating Utensils, Weber Gas Grill (BBQ), Phone and Chairs for Dock. Available for guest use are games and a good supply of books, DVDs, and videos. The living room has a 27-inch Satellite TV with a DVD/VCR player, sofa, love seat & chairs. The main dining area has a table with seating for 8. The lower level living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and a TV with Satellite with a DVD/VCR player. There is a dining area on the lower level with seating for 6. This is house to relax in or entertain a group of friends or family for a weekend or week. . A telephone for local calls is provided. Play games, swim, fish, boat, water ski, sunbathe, relax, listen to music, enjoy placid and inspiring sunrises and sunsets, listen to bird songs – Enjoy!
Entertainment: The private dock is quiet and the water clean and pure. Swim out on your own safely, or in the company of good friends. Go out in your boat and water ski, fish or just enjoy a ride. There is a swimming and boat dock on the lake. You may enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and water sports from the dock. You may bring your own boat or rent from one of the local marinas. The dock is great for swimming and sunbathing. You can park your boat right up to the dock. Lake Gaston water is pure, ideal for swimming and fishing. Water-skiing and jet skiing too! This 30 mile long lake on the Virginia/North Carolina border (1 hour/Raleigh) is top for striper fishing and host to seasonal fishing competitions. No Smoking and No Pets.
Lake Gaston: Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice-Maker, Cooking & Eating Utensils, Washer, Dryer, Weber Gas Grill (BBQ), Fireplace, Phone and Chairs for Dock. Cook a gourmet dinner in the airy open kitchen, with the kitchen island overlooking the living room, sunroom and deck. Complete appliances include an electric stove, conventional oven and oven-the-range microwave oven, blender, coffeemaker/grinder, toaster oven, waffle iron, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for 12 or more, cooking and baking dishes, cookie trays, glasses, wine goblets, and more! The house is a short boat rise to Eaton's Ferry Bridge & Marina. Food Lion is only 4 miles away by car.
Ski: The lake is ideal for water skiing and all boating and swimming activities.
Golf: There are several golf courses in the area.
