Orange Tree Villa Details
The breakfast area has a table which seats 4 people and there is access to the pool through a further set of patio doors. The second luxurious living area is the family room, which boasts Cable TV, DVD Player, VCR, and the pool is easily accessible through the large patio doors. The fully equipped kitchen, consists of a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, and all usual kitchen appliances. Telephone available. There is a laundry room with a large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a game room consisting of a Pool Table and an Air Hockey Table. In addition, and for your convenience, all linen and towels are *provided. There is ample parking on the drive for 2 cars. The Villa has a large pool, 13' x 26', with a corner spa -all set on a large corner plot. There are inflatables and pool toys provided.
The pool deck has a patio table and chairs, for alfresco dining, and sun loungers for catching the rays. There is a Playstation 2, and games, and a selection of DVD's and videos. Orange Tree community has a children's play area, tennis courts, basketball court and a soccer pitch. BR B Activities: /B BR Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Golfing, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Walking and so much more. BR B Area: /B BR Our villa is situated amongst orange groves on a small select and fast becoming the best location in Orlando to have a holiday/vacation within 10 minutes of the Disney attractions, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Golf Courses. Easy access to all major highways, US27, Intestate 4, 192, Florida Turnpike, Beeline Expressway, are within 2-15 minutes.
