Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Six adults maximum. Dog fee is $50.00 each per week (max 2 dogs) Prior Approval for pets required. Cleaning fee is $125.00 per stay, provided departure rules are followed, otherwise additional cleaning fees may be accessed. High season rates apply to summer months and holidays. - Rates for 2013 will increase by $25 per night to $275 (non-summer) and $320 (summer + holidays).All rentals add $125 non-refundable cleaning charge and 10.7% tax. Pets merit additional charges-$50 per dog per week (2 max) Inquire regarding military discount.
