Cancellation Policy
If you cancel once you have a confirmed reservation, a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, then the full amount of your reservation will be charged. All Cancellations must be made by phone, “person to person”. No voice messages or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. A cancellation number will be given. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation.

Amenities: There is a Play Station 2 with a few games for the kids enjoyment. There is a Stereo/CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers, and a selection of books, games, magazines, CD’s, and movies. There is also a washer/dryer for guests use, as well as a propane gas grill with patio set and chairs. The house has 2 covered porches with ceiling fans and there is a volleyball net, basketball hoop, croquet set, and horseshoes. There is a public boat launch about 15 minutes from the house. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags. Come spend a fun vacation at Lake Travis Vacation. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, We provide Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Trash Bags, and Dish Detergent.
Area: Located in Spicewood, Texas (35 Miles Northwest of Austin--between Austin and Marble Falls).
