Beaufort Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

~50% of Rental Amount required to reserve. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
~Add 12% (NC Sales Tax & Occupancy Tax) & $25 Reservation Fee.
Cancellation Policy:
When a reservation is cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be given. When reservation is cancelled more then 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of $25 plus 5% of the reservation grand total. -
