King Ferry House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1500-2000/Week
- Deposit is equal to half of the rental amount and is due within 14 days of booking. Balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable security/cleaning deposit of $250 is due at the time balance is paid. Refunds are not given for cancellations unless property can be re-rented for the same time period. If property is re-rented, a refund less 25% cancellation fee will be given. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.
Guests need to bring sheets, pillow cases and towels and leave the house in the same clean condition as when they arrived.
We are now accepting reservations for 2013.
June through August $1,800/week, or $3,400/2 weeks
before Memorial Day & after Labor Day $1,300/week
Ithaca College & Cornell graduation weekends $950
Long term lease available - inquire with owner.
