Breckenridge House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $185 - $450 per night
- Cleaning fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or longer stays and no restriction on days of travel.
Three night minimum stay required for all reservations. Exceptions may be granted occasionally to allow a 2-night stay but we do not accept 1 night stays.
New guests are required to give a $500 refundable deposit for any excessive cleaning required due to abuse of the house in order to ensure that the house is kept in excellent condition for all our guests. Returning guests will not be required to make this deposit. All guests are required to purchase contents/damage insurance for a nominal fee of $49.00
Two-nights payment required at time of booking with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. All revenues become non-refundable unless space can be resold.
Rates do not include the sales tax and are subject to change.
