Refunds: The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of check out providing there is no damage to the house, boat dock and grounds, no missing items (including keys, linens, towels, furniture, cookware, glassware, plates and flatware, etc.)
Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days of arrival date - full refund. Within 30 days of arrival date - rent deposit forfeited, security deposit and cleaning fee are returned. - Note: Until confirmed rates are subject to change
