Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1400-2500/Week
- Summerwood Cottage is available year round. It rents by the week during the summer season for a rate of $2450 per week. It is available off-season at variable rates. We require a 50% deposit within 10 days of reserving the cottage to hold the week. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the arrival date along with a security deposit in the amount of $250. The security deposit will be destroyed (check) or returned within 30 days of departure.
Should a cancellation be necessary, we charge a $50 flat fee. If the cottage can be re-booked for the week, all funds will be returned less the $50 cancellation fee. If the cottage cannot be re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.
Check-In: Saturday after 3:00 p.m. EST Check out Saturday at 10am
Check-Out: Saturday before 10:00 a.m. EST - January-May 24 and
September 3-December 31 $250 per night (2 night minimum)
Memorial day and Labor day weekend rate is $375 per night, two night minimum, unless rented for a week
