Amenities: : Enjoy a relaxing and rewarding vacation only a platinum rated beach front property located on a private island can provide. The beach is right out your door.
Relax at one of the club's two pools. Play golf on either of the club's two courses. Play tennis, ride a horse at the equestrian center, workout in the fitness club, rent a bike, or just relax. It's all at Seabrook Island. The villa is one of the very few platinum rated Pelican Watch unit's Platinum rating is the highest rating a rental unit can achieve. Granite counter tops, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and tastefully decorated, the unit has two full baths, a master suite and a large living area with a fold out queen bed. Two TV's, a DVD player, and a VCR player are provided for your use as well as a washer and dryer within the unit. A large patio that faces the beach is accessed through sliding doors in the living area.
