Ewa Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Ewa Moon $1700/week (6 people).Hula Moon $1550 /week (6 people).Whole house $3250/ week (12 people)
- Longer stays prorated at weekly rates. $175 departure cleaning fee for each house plus tax. Refundable $350 damage deposit for each house. Weekly rate for both Ewa Moon and Hula Moon is $3250 a week, Daily rate (5 night minimum) is $279 for Hula Moon, $307 for Ewa Moon, $586 for both Ewa Moon and Hula Moon. Shorter stays possible if dates are between bookings. 2012 Christmas/New Year Rates: Ewa Moon $2375/week (max 6) Hula Moon $2165 /week (max 6). High season periods require rental of whole house (upstairs and downstairs).
2013 rates are $3350 a week for whole house (upstairs and downstairs).
Changes to signed contract including number of guests will incur charges. Prefer small groups. - 2012 rates: Ewa Moon $1700 /week (max of 6 people)

- The downstairs Ewa Moon has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with showers. There is a queen bed in each of 2 bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The upstairs Hula Moon has 3 bedrooms and two baths, one with a shower, and the other with a bathtub/shower. There is a queen bed in each of 2 bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Each unit can be rented separately or rented together for larger families and groups. Each unit accommodates up to a maximum of 6 people (including children and infants) or up to maximum of 12 people (including infants and children) if 2 units are taken. Each unit is approximately 1250 square feet. Porta Pack and Play crib available for $5 a night upon request.
