Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1400-1820/Week
- 20% at time of booking, balance due 45 days prior to your arrival.
100% due at time of booking for holiday weeks.
Check-in after 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 a.m.
May 15th through November 14th, (low season) $1400.00/week, or $200.00 per day
November 15th through May 15th, (high season) $1750.00/week, or $250.00 per day
Christmas and New Year's Week (holiday season) $2800.00/week $400.00 per additional days - These rates are for up to 6 persons, any persons over 6 will be charged $50.00 per person, per week to cover extra laundry and water.
