- There is a 25% surcharge for Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Weekly reservations require a minimum or $500 deposit which is applied toward the rent. Monthly reservations require a 25% performance/damage deposit. Cleaning is included. Check in: 4:00 p.m.; check out: 10:00 a.m.
