Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $1800 weekly
- $500 damage deposit required for each rental of one week or less; $1000 deposit for rentals of 2 weeks or more; deposits will be refunded within two weeks of departure, assuming no problems; renters have option of paying $200 cleaning fee and just leave the house tidy, OR do some basic chores (wash dishes, empty trash, etc.) and pay $150. Contact owner for specifics. 10% taxes on rent and cleaning additional. Weekly rates only for all holidays; $300 up-charge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks. All fees due 8 weeks in advance of arrival date.
No refunds of monies collected (except taxes) unless the house becomes uninhabitable (if we have to close the house and evacuate due to a hurricane; does not apply to bad weather only!) or unless owners are able to re-rent for the same dates and rates. For all renter cancellations, a 10% service charge will be deducted from refunds made. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance! - We accept up to two well behaved pets with a signed pet agreement and payment of pet fees: $200 for the first pet and $100 for the second.

- The master bedroom contains a king bed and a single day bed (plus a portacrib for babies) The junior master has a queen bed The bunk room has a bunk bed with trundle underneath, sleeping 3. the mattresses are regular twin mattresses, not 'bunkies', so they are perfectly comfortable for adults All bedrooms have top quality mattresses, down pillows, high thread count sheets, and down comforters or down blankets. All bedrooms have cable televisions and VCRs and/or DVD players. Alarm clocks and full length mirrors are provided in the two main bedrooms.
