Large porches wrap around the home and are perfect for enjoying the private heated pool, cooking out on the gas grill or unwinding after a long day at the beach. The long paved driveway can accommodate 8 cars so parking is never a problem. This home is perfect for large family or group gatherings. Bedding: Main house has two kings (including master) and one queen (all pillow top mattresses); four bunks (twin sized); oversized den with two queen sleeper sofas and one chair half sleeper (twin-sized sleeper); carriage house den has full sized Murphy bed, bedroom with a king and bedroom with a queen. All sleepers and bunks feature upgraded mattresses. Home is professionally decorated with high end furnishings, cookware and linens.
Amenities: Special Features: massive kitchen in main house with stainless GE Profile appliances, separate ice machine- a MUST have for a large party, granite counter tops and vaulted ceilings; morning bar in carriage house; fenced yard with heated pool; Gulf views from second floor; game room in main house; TVs/DVDs in all bedrooms (27 inch minimum/ 32 inch in master and carriage house den); main house den with 60 inch big screen, Playstation and home theater systems; kid's room with Nintendo system. High chair, pack and play, stroller, beach and pool toys on site. Beach access is conveniently located across the street. Plenty of parking in private paved driveway.
