The open floor plan flows from the living room that has an adobe fireplace and a comfortable sofa (that pulls out to a double bed) to the dining area (table seats six), to the fully-equipped tiled kitchen. A second floor outdoor patio dining area overlooks the cascading waterfall rock garden below. A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop terrace that has a beautiful view of the Centro City and the Parroquoia (16th Century Church). There is also a half bath on the second level. It is a ten minute walk to the Jardin (the center of town). Amenities:Fireplace, Phone, Cable TV, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, Linens, Maid Service. No Smoking. Activities:Language Lessons, Art Lessons, Cooking Lessons, Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Art Galleries, Sightseeing, Swimming, Hot Springs, Music Festivals.
A five minute flat walk to the Instituto Allende where language and art classes are given as well as art exhibitions and handicraft shows. A 10 minute flat walk to the Jardin (the center of town) restaurants, shopping, theater, library.
