Kailua Kona Condo Summary

Oceanfront lanai looks directly onto the surf and Hawaii's fantastic sunsets. Relax and watch the whales and dolphins swim by, enjoy the oceanfront pool, or go sightseeing to the volcanoes, waterfalls, great diving, snorkeling and surfing spots. Free parking in the covered garage or in front of the unit. Walk to shops and restaurants in Kailua town on Hawaii, the 'Big Island.' Third floor upgraded unit in low-rise building with elevators and Air Conditioning. This non-smoking condo is owned and managed by full-time Kona residents, not an absentee owner or indifferent property manager. We live less than five minutes away and completely clean and check the room before each guest arrives. We take care of any problems promptly and go out of our way to make our guests feel at home. This condominium was recently refurbished with new appliances, granite counters, carpets, drapes, paint and more.

Kona Reef is the closest oceanfront condominium resort to Kailua town on Alii Drive. It is a very short walk to shops and restaurants. No need to take your car every time you leave your room. There is a lovely county beach park right next to the complex for sunbathing, boogie boarding and surfing.
