Security Deposit The security deposit is $2,000.00. If your event is a wedding ceremony, reception, or corporate event, please inquire about the amount of the security deposit. Golf: 0 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates.
