Suttons Bay House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250-500 Night depending upon season. Available for weekend, weekday, & weekly rentals.
- All rentals have a $125 cleaning fee and a refundable $250 security deposit. A $500 deposit is due upon confirmation of your reservation for the Summer and Value (fall/winter/spring) Season to hold your reservation.

Summer Season - June 2012 - weekly rate $2,200 - $2,900, July & August 2012 weeky rate is $3,400 (+ cleaning & security)
Fall, Winter, Spring - $1,080 (+fees) for 3 night weekend reservation and $780 (+fees) for 2 night reservations
Additional nights are discounted.
Mid-week rates are discounted - please inquire.
