Woodley Park Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Please Note: All rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
For 1-2 guests (1 bed) $85 cleaning fee applies
For 2-3 guests (2 beds) $100 cleaning fee applies
$250 booking/security deposit will secure your reservation; the deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there's no loss or damage or smoking.
Washington, DC imposes at 14.5% lodging tax that all hotels and vacation rentals are required to collect.
Please note that in order to keep our rates as low as possible, we do not build in credit card fees. Payments by credit card will include an additional 3%, which will go directly to the credit card company.
***** NOTE: This is a NON-SMOKING HOME. Violations will result in total forfeiture of the deposit.
Off street parking is available with in walking distance for $15 - $24 per day.
Cancellation policy:
30 days: 100% refund, minus the $250 booking/security deposit
14 days: 50% refund, minus the $250 - Let us know if it is a special occasion and we will work with you to have the apartment stocked with champagne, extra flowers, gourmet cakes or any other favorite treats you can think of.
