Please note that in order to keep our rates as low as possible, we do not build in credit card fees. Payments by credit card will include an additional 3%, which will go directly to the credit card company.

Off street parking is available with in walking distance for $15 - $24 per day.
Cancellation policy:
30 days: 100% refund, minus the $250 booking/security deposit
14 days: 50% refund, minus the $250 - Let us know if it is a special occasion and we will work with you to have the apartment stocked with champagne, extra flowers, gourmet cakes or any other favorite treats you can think of.
