Our House: The Living Room has a huge sectional couch plus a 27 inch TV with digital Cable - - Plus a DVD/CD player, movies, for all ages to watch, equipped with a brick fireplace. You will find board games to play after coming back from the pool or those rainy, lazy days. The bedroom is setup with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds plus a pull out couch in the den. All linens/blankets/pillows are provided. So pack your bags and stay in this amenity filled development with an outdoor lakefront pool and kiddy pool, 195-acre, crystal-clear lake stocked with trout and bass, During the summer season boats can be rented. Private boats are allowed on the lake, as long as they are not gas powered. There is a clubhouse with a lakefront bar and restaurant, snack bar, and game room with pool tables and video games, playground, sandy beach area, and marina. Tennis and basketball courts, kiddie swing area, paved private roads, and 24-hour security patrols. There are many things to do and try in the area.
Amenities: Minutes from Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Split Rock, Pocono Raceway, whitewater rafting, Skirmish (paintball), and Hickory State Park. Fireplace, Phone, Digital Cable, DCD/VCR, TV;s in all the bedrooms Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Washer, Dryer, Pool (Shared), Charcoal Grill (BBQ). MUST BE 23 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. No Prom Groups.
