To book your reservation we require 50% down and the other 50% thirty days prior to your arrival. We charge a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations and for cancellations made within forty-five days of your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit if the unit can be re-rented for the time you reserved.
In addition to the nightly fees there is a $65 cleaning fee, a $15/night parking fee if needed during the ski season, plus 10.675% lodging tax. All Rates Are Subject To Change. (Holiday Weekends may require different minimum night stays and higher nightly rates.)

Breckenridge Condo Details
The living area has one wall that is nothing but window to provide a beautiful, bright sunny room. With new carpet and newer furniture, we hope to provide a comfortable stay for you while you are in Breckenridge. There is a queen size sofa sleeper with a cozy chair in the living area. If you are not watching the sunrise or the evening lights, we have provided several fun board games and cable TV is available. The queen size bed is quite cozy with lots of warm blankets and pillows. There is a large closet with an iron and ironing board, a humidifier and fan. There is also a set of drawers next to the bed and inside the bathroom area. The bathroom is separated into three rooms...a shower room, a toilet room and a room with double sinks. Linens and towels are provided and there are coin operated laundry facilities down the hall. The kitchen has tiled countertops and floors with a breakfast bar.
Amenities & Activities: It is supplied with all the conveniences for you during your stay such as a refrigerator, range stove, dishwasher, a plethora of pots and pans and other baking necessities. There is even a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and more. For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking or pets are allowed. Our goal is to make your stay a memorable one! We have been renting properties by owner since 1999...this is our newest purchase and our favorite...We hope you enjoy!! Ski in/out, valet parking in heated garage, pool, hot tubs, fitness room, wireless Internet access, coin operated laundry, cable TV, full kitchen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, humidifier, shower has warming lamp, no smoking, no pets. Breckenridge is a great place all year round.... In the winter there is of course skiing, snow boarding, sledding, snow mobiling, ice skating, sleigh rides, snow shoeing and more.
In the summer there is swimming, biking, golf, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, boating, white water rafting and more!
