Village at Breckenridge Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $89-295/Night
- In addition to the nightly fees there is a $75 cleaning fee, a $16/night parking fee if needed during the ski season, a refundable damage deposit, plus 11.675% lodging tax. All Rates Are Subject To Change. (Holiday Weekends may require different minimum night stays and higher nightly rates.)
- To make a reservation we require 50% down and the other 50% thirty days prior to your arrival. We accept most major credit cards and personal check.
•Our Cancellation Policy is if for any reason you should need to cancel your reservation, there is a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If the cancellation occurs before sixty days prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit less the cancellation fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within sixty days of your arrival, all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained unless the unit can be rented for the same dates and number of days of your entire reservation. If the unit is re-rented during your original reservation, your full deposit, less the cancellation fee, will be returned.

- The luxury king size bed is quite cozy with lots of warm blankets and pillows. There is a large closet with an iron and ironing board, a humidifier and fan. We have a full dresser too. The queen sized sofa bed has a 7 inch mattress in comparison to most 4 inch mattresses.
