Reservation Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Checks, credit cards and PayPal can be used. Cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable status if the property is not rented to another party - The expansion area is an extra rate of $99 to $199 for the 4 Bedrooms/1Bath Area that will sleep up to 10. The rate is scalable depending upon the amount of people that are using the expansion area. Email us for more information and a custom quote. It is not rented separate from the main unit, so it can also be added after you are there and feel like you need more room. Great to have options, isn't it!

Please note this level will not be rented separate from the home, so if you are considering renting just the main level, there will be no one else utilizing the property when you are there!
