Dillon Condo Details

We will not rent to guests who smoke or who have friends or family who smoke and plan to stay at our condo. There is direct access to snowshoeing, cross-country, and hiking activities right outside your door! Five World Class golf courses are located within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Moose, elk, mule deer and fox are often seen in the meadow directly below the back door. Other condo amenities include the Clubhouse with Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna directly across from the condo. Fireplace (wood furnished), BBQ gas grill, Washer/Dryer available in clubhouse, Linens provided, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker. fully furnished kitchen, Cable TV, DVD, CD Player, Stereo, Telephone, and wireless internet.

Downhill skiing, boarding, fishing, shopping, golf, boating, horseback riding, and 4 wheeling are within minutes of this peaceful and quiet condo's convenient location. A trail from the condo backdoor leads to a meadow where moose, elk, mule deer, and fox are often seen. Silverthorne Recreation Center is a beautiful 8 year old center with 2 pools, children's pool, slides, hot tubs, basketball court, fitness room, running/walking track. Very low rate for non-members. The condo is located on a mountain 80 miles from Denver International Airport, 2 miles to Silverthorne, 5 miles to Frisco, 12 miles to Breckenridge, 30 miles to Vail, 35 miles to Avon (Beaver Creak), 6 miles to Keystone resort, 12 to Breckenridge resort, 9 miles to Copper Mountain, 30 miles to Vail resort, and 35 miles to Beaver Creak resort.
