- $500.00 security deposit..Non refundable if not able to re-rent upon a cancellation..Deposit will be returned after inspection of property within 60 days..Property is to be left the way it was found...If property is not left the way it was found then monies will be taken out of the security deposit to compensate.
- If agreed by the property owner the property may be rented weekly for $1400.00 a week....For a weekly rental the Security Deposit will be $1000.00...Security Deposit will be returned within 60 days upon inspection...
