    * Additional guests are welcome by prior arrangement at $10 per person per night. All rates are subject to NMGRT (currently 6.875%). Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am.

    Payment: A credit card and/or cleared check is required to hold your reservation. Payment for stays of 7 days or less is required upon arrival. Payment for longer then 7 days pays in advance for one week and full payment upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for stays of less than 7 nights must be received via telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s stay. Reservations for stays of more than 7 days must be cancelled 5 days prior. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 10% of the cost of the total stay.
