Lake Lanier House Summary

This home, located on Lake Lanier, was recently remodeled and is now available for rent. It has its own covered single slip dock in deep water and an additional swim dock for playing in the water or catching some rays. The main floor has all new hardwood floors. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two other bedrooms with queens, are located on this floor. Each bedroom has a TV with built in DVD player and Dish Network satellite channels. The sitting room on the main floor also has a TV and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful new hardwood cabinets, solid surface counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The basement is completely finished with a new tile floor, a bunk room, foosball table, Ms Pacman, surround sound TV area with wide screen TV and leather couches. It also has a large table and lounging area for playing games, watching TV, reading or just catching an afternoon snooze. There are towel racks inside and out for your wet towels.

We are easily accesible from Atlanta or Gainesville and very close to Lake Lanier Islands and Waterpark as well as a number of golf courses. We are also close to the Mall of Georgia with tons of shopping, dining and a 20 screen theatre. The outlets as well as the north Georgia Mountains are within 2 hours drive for many waterfalls etc. Downtown Atlanta is about a 45 min drive.
