This privately owned and exquisitely furnished villa is located inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort This beachfront villa has 1 bedroom (930 sq. ft.) with a fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine and a sofa bed in the living room that helps to accommodate up to five guests. Bedroom One One king (2 persons). Living Room One double hide-a-bed/sofa bed (2 persons) or a queen size air bed. Maximum Occupants: 5 persons The kitchen has a medium fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ice machine nearby and dishwasher. The bathroom has toilet, tub, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and two basins. Washer & dryer inside the apartment Housekeeping provided prior to arrival/after departure. Rio Mar Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $375 night
  • 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days prior to arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Orders, Pay Pal, Cashiers Check or Cash.

    A (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
    12% State Tax will apply

    Daily & Weekly rates upon request.
