No pets and No smoking. Smoking permitted outside. Call for special requests. Spring rates are from May 18, 2013 to June 21, 2013. Autumn rates begin August 31 and last until October 19, 2013. We now accept PayPal, and will pass along to the renters the extra charge.

- A crib is available on request, and the futon (in the living room) can be used as a double bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have walkout balconies. The 2 bedrooms with twin beds have one dresser each, and the master bedroom has 2 dressers, an armoire, 2 bed side tables, and an armchair. The upstairs twin bedroom has an extra space that delights the children. The downstairs twin bedroom also has an antique desk.
