$50 processing fee for all cancellations 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

The condo is remodeled and modernized. It has new flooring, cabinets, fixtures, paint, lighting, granite counters, & furniture. It is absolutely Gorgeous!!! Air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished 723 square foot condo with a private covered lanai. Designer ceiling fans are located in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. The bedroom has a King bed that is comfortable and firm. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and additional tri-fold children's futon cushions. The condo comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 cable TVs & DVD are located in the living room and bedroom. Wireless high speed internet, all linens and towels are provided. Laundry facilities are located adjacent to the pool. Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, mats, & towels are also included for your enjoyment. Shuffleboard & gas BBQ's are located just outside for your convenience. Parking is free.
Activities: Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, luau's, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, shopping, restaurants & nightlife. Tennis, hiking, Maui Aquarium, museums and multiplex cinema are a short distance away
