Indian Ridge House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $125-160/Night
- Low Season $125/Nt. High Season $135/Nt. Peak Season $160/Nt.
Minimum 7 night stay required and includes the departure cleaning fee. All bookings require a $250 refundable security deposit. No dates are held without the appropriate booking deposit and signed booking forms. Pool heat and house safe are optional and all rates are subject to 13% Florida taxes. Please inquiry directly for Peak Season Rates and Availability (Easter & Christmas/New Year) Minimum Stay of 14 Nights may be required. All rates subject to Florida taxes. Departure clean subject to $75 fee if stay is 5 or 6 nights.
