Davenport Private Home Summary
This fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 10. It has two master suites and bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom. There is a large lanai, (covered area by the pool), complete with ceiling fan, so if it gets too hot, you don’t have to. There are 5 TV’s, DVD, PlayStation 2, video and stereo system to keep everyone entertained. In addition the garage has been converted into a game room.
It has a fully fitted kitchen, with fridge, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer.
Turnday: Any.
Amenities: Crib/High Chair, Private Pool, PS-2/X-Box, TV, VCR/DVD Combo.
Calabay Parc is an ideal community for those who want a quiet, private location yet close to the attractions.
It is a Luxury development of spacious homes with private pools off the US-27.
It is located in a very peaceful, partially wooded area between the US-192 West and Junction 55 of I-4 Highway and only 30 min. drive from Orlando International airport.
The I-4 being the main artery to reach Walt Disney Resort,
Seaworld and Universal Studios with the city of Orlando beyond.
