Reservation Policy; The reservation will not be considered booked until the first deposit and signed contract are received and confirmed. Cancellation Policy: If reservation is canceled the deposit will be credited to a future reservation, unless the property is re rented for that period. All refundable deposits will be mailed to tenant within 15 days of vacancy; the amount dependent upon the condition of the home when inspected. Initial inspection of premises conducted at beginning of rental and final inspection done prior to departure.

Major attractions abound: local golf courses, theaters, banks, shopping malls, restaurants, museums, hospitals and churches are nearby. Local supermarkets are 2 blocks from your door.
