Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Reservation Deposit
  $100 is due within 10 days of making reservation. This will hold the unit. The balance, plus $50.00 security deposit, is due 45 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned within 15 days after rental. Lockbox code will be given to unit upon receipt of final payment.
  
  Method of Payment
  Payment can be made by personal check or traveler’s check. Please make checks payable to Pat Pugh.
  
  Cancellations
  Initial deposit will be returned if cancellation is made 45 days prior to arrival. Entire rental amount will be forfeited for a no show or for a cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
  
  Check-In & Check-Out
  Check-In is after 4:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00am. Arrangements can sometimes be made for early check-in and late check-out, please call.
  
  Responsibility
  The guest assumes responsibility for the loss of contents or damages to the unit during your occupancy.
  
  No Pets/No Smoking

  February 14 - April 4 $150.00/night
  April 5 - April 30 $100.00/night
  May 1 - November 19 $85.00/night
  November 20 - December 18 $130.00/night
  December 19 - January 3 $200.00/night
  
  $95.00 cleaning fee. 3 night minimum.
