Our villa, with its south facing pool and beautiful views over the waterway to the wooded conservation area beyond, is the perfect place for large parties to recover in privacy, from a hard day at the parks or golf course, without being overlooked from the back. The extended pool area has a 28ftx14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine all day. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with its overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place for your peace of mind. Inside, our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa with its 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms sleeps up to 17 guests. There are three Master bedroom suites, two with King beds and one with a Queen bed.

There is one Queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with a twin bedroom. The final two rooms are a bunk bedroom with a full bed and a single bed, which shares a bathroom with another bunk bedroom that has 2 full beds that can sleep up to 4. Each bedroom has a TV and there are several DVD players and a Playstation 2 with games. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. There is also an air-conditioned games room with a pool table and foosball (table football) and a plasma TV. Avoca has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs and board games, a gas BBQ grill and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors.
