Rates listed are for use of 4 bedroom home that sleeps 12 and boat during your stay. Twin cots available for $30/week . Additional cost for two bedroom apartment- addd $600/week
Second home available for large groups up to 26 persons - Pet deposit- $125-nonrefundable. Deposit of 50% required to hold a reservation, Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Rental monies paid are not refundable. We reccomend travel insurance for all guests to cover any cancellation costs. Additional services available upon request including chef, maid service, water taxi, grocery pro-visioning and fishing charters and Eco tours- these services are offered by surrounding businesses and not a part of this home rental.
