Access to slopes: 15-20 minutes to Alta/Snowbird. 20-25 minutes to Brighton/Solitude. 45 minutes to Park City/Deer Valley. Area: The house is located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 9.5 miles from Alta/Snowbird and 14 Miles from Brighton/Solitude. 25 minutes to Salt Lake Center. 25 minutes to airport. Shopping: 2 blocks to groceries, ski rentals, video rentals etc. Restaurants: Many within 2-3 miles. Movie Theaters: Within 2-3 miles.
