Alta House Summary

Tramview is a 5 bedroom 2.5 baths 2800 sq. ft. home with with a hot tub. One bedroom contains a king size bed, another has a queen plus a twin, two have queens and the other has a king and two twins. Air mattresses available for additional guests. A crib and high chair are available for infants if required. The house is furnished with beautiful Rosewood furniture and there are two new gas fireplaces for the winter nights and an outside hot tub. We can arrange discount rentals on equipment, lift tickets and automobile rental. There is also frequent shuttle service to the resorts from the Park & Ride facility at 9400S, 2000E. which is within walking distance from the house. ***Please look at our guest book; the link is below.*** We are very proud of our guests comments. Our guests tell us that they find the house conveniently located for grocery shopping, eating out, equipment rental and the Park and Ride where you can travel on the local transit system to Alta and Snowbird.

The house is located close to the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon ( 9 1/2 miles to Snowbird) and is convenient for access to Big Cottonwood Canyon where you can find some of the best snow in the country at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. There is a supermarket, ski shop an Park and Ride within two blocks of the house. Down town Salt Lake City is about 20 miles away and takes about 25 minutes to get there. There are good restaurants and professional sports entertainment there.

Alta House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $220-410/Night.
  • Credit card needed to secure reservation.
    Two (2) nights gross lodgings should arrive in our office within 10 days of booking date.
    Security and damage deposit of $1000 is required prior to arrival. This will be held and cashed only if there is damage.

    Low Season $195/night.
    Standard Season $345/night.
    Holiday Season $375/night.
    January Special $270/night.
  • Gaps in bookings will be filled at lower negotiated prices. We supply Salt Lake Super Passes to our guests at our cost which provides substantial savings on lift tickets for Alta,Snowbird,Solitude and Solitude.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, all linens for a 1 week stay, with a change of sheets. Activities: Skiing/Snowboarding! Access to slopes: 15-20 minutes to Alta/Snowbird. 20-25 minutes to Brighton/Solitude. 45 minutes to Park City/Deer Valley. Area: The house is located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 9.5 miles from Alta/Snowbird and 14 Miles from Brighton/Solitude. 25 minutes to Salt Lake Center. 25 minutes to airport. Shopping: 2 blocks to groceries, ski rentals, video rentals etc. Restaurants: Many within 2-3 miles. Movie Theaters: Within 2-3 miles.
