Rent balance and additional $300 damage deposit is due one month prior to reservation. Deposits are refundable up to one month prior to reservation. Renters are liable for the total cost of all damages and repairs beyond normal wear and maintenance. The damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 4 weeks of departure if there are no damages or unusual cleaning costs.
