The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Prior to check- in a 250.00 credit card hold will be required for the Damage Deposit Unless you buy the 39.00 damage Protection insurance. Reservation for less than 5 days will be charged a mandatory $75.00 cleaning fee. Holiday rates includes Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years , July 4th,
and Labor Day, Special Holiday rates may be slightly higher on those dates $95.00- 115.00 per night.
