Lexington Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100.00-125.00 /Night. Some weekend exceptions.
- Rates are based on a single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
2 night minimum stay preferred.
Visa/MC Credit Cards Accepted:
50% of total rental + $200.00 refundable security deposit required to reserve.
Reservations must be paid in full 30 days in advance of stay.
Cancellation policy - more than 60 days: full deposit less $50.00 administration charge.
60-30 days: 50% deposit.
Less than 30 days: no refund unless cabin can be rented.
Check in is after 4:00pm. on your day of arrival.
Check out is prior to 12noon on your day of departure.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are welcome at owner's discretion.

Local attractions include Keeneland Race Course, the Kentucky Horse Park, wineries, shopping, fine dining, historic sites, nature preserves and athletic events. Peaceful, private and quiet location - 20 minutes/18 miles from downtown Lexington and only one mile from Interstate 75.
