Salida Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175-250+/Night, cleaning fee included in nightly rent for stays of 3 nights or more
- Seasonal: $175-250+ per night, based on 1-4 person occupancy. Week or longer stays allow for discounted pricing.
NOTES--We have no minimum stay, but stays of less than 3 nights, add $75 cleaning fee.
Spring & Autumn - Low season rate ($175) is for up to four guests; Call or email for quote/specials.
All pricing is based on 4 person occupancy. Over four guests, additional fees apply.
* Keep in mind that one night's lodging is due as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
One time laundry fee of $5/per person on all stays.
All prices subject to change until confirmed--So, call today & reserve!
ALL pricing subject to county, sales and lodging taxes. - Winter rates beginning Jan. 6, 2013, $200/night with specials for stays of a week or more.
Rates based on 1 - 4 people, additional people, additional fees may apply. Cleaning fees included
in nightly rate with stays of 3 nights or greater. Less than 3 nights, $75+ cleaning fee is added.
SPRING BREAK, 2013 weeks - March 9th - 23rd, inclusive, follow pricing for Holiday above ($240/night for 1-4 people, week long special of $1320+tax

- The king bedroom is upstairs and has a walk-in closet where a roll away bed in stored, as well as a blow-up bed, for additional sleeping options. There is a full size bathroom upstairs, between the bedroom and loft. The loft has a full-size futon with extra cushioning for comfortable sleeping! The queen and trundle bedrooms are on the main (first) floor. The aspen log trundle bed may be used as one twin bed, pulled out for 2 'split-level' twins or popped up for a king-sized bed. The living room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
