From this privately owned unit, located overlooking the 6th green, a moments walk takes you to several heated swimming pools, the Atlantic Ocean, an on site restaurant, tennis or the exercise room. This unit is located on the first floor and has been recently updated to please all. This is a one bedroom, one bath with an extra sink in the dressing area. Having an open floorplan, the kitchen flows into the living room overlooking the screened in Lanai. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa as well as a TV, DVD Player and a CD Player. A ceiling fan adds to the ocean breeze. The bedroom is set off from the main area and contains a queen bed and ample closet space. The unit is fully equipped. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, cookware, hair dryer are all included. Just come and have fun! Wi-fi available for all in clubhouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ocean Village is located on South Hutchinson Island and is known by the owners as 'paradise found'. The village is direct oceanfront and has a park like setting. Ocean Village is a gated community and offers 3 pools and a kiddie pool, 2 Bocce courts, a Par-3 9- Hole Executive Golf Course (high season $3.00, off season free), 10 Tennis courts, exercise room, Jacuzzi, sauna, shuffleboard court, basketball, volleyball nets, water aerobics,library,beautiful gardens, biking and walking paths. All this and 3,000 feet of Ocean Beach!

Hutchinson Island Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $350- $750 per week. Book now!
  • Saturday thru Saturday
    1. $200 Security deposit required for all rentals
    2. Rates do not include 11.5% Florida Tourism Tax
    3. One time cleaning fee of $50
    4. 1/3 of rent due at time of reservation
    5. Balance (2/3) of rent due 60 days before arrival

    Cancellations and Refunds:
    1. For any cancellations that occur at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $200
    2. For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your arrival date, For Any Reason Whatsoever, deposits and rental payments are refunded only to the extent that your time frame can be re-rented.
    3. Should you need to cancel, please do not wait until the last minute.
    4. Check-in Time: After 3:00PM Check-Out: Before 11:00AM


    In Season (December 15 thru April 30) $750 Off Season (May 1 thru December 14) $350 $400/week

Linens and towels are provided and the units are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Ocean Village is landscaped and manicured to perfection and features 10 Tennis Courts, 1 Racquetball Court, and 3 Heated Pools, one at the beach with a Tiki Bar. There is an on site, 4 Star Restaurant, a 9 Hole Executive Golf Course, a Pro Shop, and Exercise Room. At the end of the day, wind down in the Sauna or Hot Tub. South Hutchinson Island is conveniently located. A short drive takes you to historic Fort Pierce with restaurants on the harbor, street fairs, craft shows, and the Manatee Observation Area. For a comfortable day trip, Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Busch Gardens are just a few of the many attractions.

Within 45 minutes of Ocean Village are 17 Championship Golf Courses that are open to the public.
