Tax of 11% is added to the rental rate. Boat check out with a licensed Coast Guard Captain (required by our insurance carrier) is $140, paid directly to the captain. Renter must replace fuel used during operation of the boat. Cleaning fee at time of departure is $125. Price includes $75 per week allowance for electricity.
The rates listed above are for two adults and up to four children under 18 years of age. Additional adults are $100 per week more. A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is collected in with rental payment.
A 25% non-refundable confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival. - Visa and MasterCard accepted.

- Bayside boasts spacious bedrooms throughout. The master suite has a gas fireplace, rolltop desk work area, walk-in closet and private bath with double shower. French doors open onto the pool deck from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bedroom set with dresser, nightstands and amoire. It also has its own TV, armchair and large closet. The third bedroom has an ensuite cabana bathroom as well as french doors that open to the pool deck. It's classic wrought iron daybed has a trundle unit that can be stowed under the main unit for maximum floor space during the day and comfortable twin bed sleeping at night.
